Renovation of a mixed-use development in Barlow, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 41,376-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

In general, the project consists of reroofing approximately 41,000 sf of existing low slope membrane roofing with new single ply membrane roofing assemblies. Work shall include both partial and complete demolition/ disposal of existing roofing assemblies along with providing/installing new roofing assemblies, accessories and flashings in accordance with the contract documents. The deposit will be held and refunded to each person who returns the plans and specifications in usable condition within fourteen (14) days of the bid opening date. After this fourteen day period no refunds will be made for Plans and Specifications returned. A maximum of two sets may be obtained by refundable deposit. Additional sets over two may be purchased for $300.00 with no refund. Additional shipping charges of $35.00 by Paducah Blueprint will apply. Electronic copies of documents may also be obtained provided one hard copy set as noted above is obtained prior. A nonrefundable amount of $50.00 payable to Paducah Blueprint shall be required. Due to the ease of sharing electronic information in a third party arrangement or partial context, bidders are cautioned to reference the Instruction to Bidders Article 3.1.3 and the responsibilities for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of bidding documents. A Prebid meeting has not been scheduled for this project at this time. All interested parties are encouraged to contact the Architect with questions needing clarification no later than six days prior to the bid date.
