Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 2, 2024 project was awarded to Tramar Contracting, Inc., awarded amount is $129,686.69. All bidders must register with Bid Express to obtain a digital ID. Bid Express has indicated it could take up to 7 business days to process the digital ID. The City will electronically open bids on the date and time indicated above. No paper bids will be accepted. The scope of work includes pavement marking of approximately 370,325 linear feet of striping and 1,963 linear feet of stop bars, 5,548 linear feet of crosswalks, 23 railroad crossings, 277 arrows at various locations throughout the City. The Contractor, acting as an independent contractor, shall do everything required by the contract documents. The Contractor represents and warrants that he/she has special skills and experience which qualify him/her to perform the Work in accordance with the contract and that he is free to perform all such Work and is not a party to any other agreement, written or oral, the performance of which would prevent, hinder or interfere with the performance, in whole or in part, of the Work.
