The Town of Lawrence, acting through its Town Board, hereby gives notice that Bids will be received in the Town of Lawrence offices for the following described project The work shall consist of construction of sanitary sewer and water main along the relocated Mid Valley Drive for the future Southbridge Road/1-41 interchange. Work shall include the following: 3,500 L.F. sanitary sewer, 3,400 L.F. water main and related tie-ins. Bids will be received on the following Contract: Contract No. L0017-09-23-00254 MID VALLEY DRIVE UTILITY RELOCATION All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms online. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Town of Lawrence in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Town of Lawrence. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER. The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 66.0901, 66.0903 and 779.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
