The proposed work includes the removal and replacement of 10 culverts crossing Midway Road in Miller County, MO. All replacement culverts are to be Gray HP Storm pipe, double walled with smooth interior. The project includes 450 LF of 18" Gray HP Storm Pipe, 42' of 24" Gray HP Storm Pipe, and 46' of 30" Gray HP Storm Pipe placement. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on public works project provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project.
