Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
An OBE Builder's Card will be accepted in leu of a deposit on this project. Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid documents must be returned in good usable condition within 14 days of the bid opening or your deposit may be forfeit. The Project consists of the full renovation of Ten (10) of the existing restrooms in the existing building. Work as part of this project includes replacement of the electrical, lighting, HVAC systems, New Plumbing Fixtures, New Finishes and other upgrades as indicated on the drawings. The construction activities will take place over the next two summers (2024 and 2025), with 5 restrooms being renovated each of the two summers. Please see the drawings for information regarding which restrooms will be renovated during each year as determined by the district. On-Site Construction may commence beginning Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 All Restrooms noted to be completed in 2024 shall be Substantially Complete no later than Friday, September 13th, 2024
