Dollar Value: $15,000.00 The Work Includes Removing and Disposing of the Existing Front Doors (the Existing Frame Will Stay), Installing New Hollow Metal Door Leafs in the Existing Frame, Installing New Hinges on the Doors and Installing a Keyed Removal Mullion Between the Doors, Each Door Will Have Glass in the Top Half of the Door, Inside Rim Panic and an Exterior Lever Handle. The existing Power Transfer, Power Operator and door closers will be reused Questions and arrangements to view the work should be directed to Stan Wilbur, Town Administrator at 802-453-3828 or twonadministrator@monktonvt.com Bids shall be a lump sum amount and the Select board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the bid which, in the Selectboard's sole judgment, best meets the requirements of the project. The successful bidder shall show proof of insurance.
