The City of Topeka is soliciting bids for a one time purchase and delivery relative to the availability of C900 DR18 PVC Water Pipe. Bidders must provide their estimated delivery date in each line item bid response for the materials. In case of default or breach by the Seller, the City may procure the goods or services from other sources and charge the Seller as liquidated damages any excess cost or damages occasioned thereby. The bid guarantee may be in the form of a surety bond, cashier's check, certified check or certificate of deposit made payable to the City of Topeka. Such bond or deposit shall be forfeited to the City in case the bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract. In circumstances where no bid guaranty is required, the City may bar, for a period of up to one year, any bidder that fails or refuses to execute the contract.
