The construction cost budget for this Project is approximately $2,000,000.00 Question Deadline 02/27/2024 Proposers and Sub-proposers requiring clarification or interpretation of the Proposal Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least 7 days prior to the date for receipt of Proposals. 1. General: Renovation of IT department offices to classrooms and toilet rooms in the Sousa Building at the Central High School Campus. a. Demolition of existing interior walls, doors, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, electrical equipment, and flooring. b. New renovated portion includes 7 new classrooms and toilet rooms for menand women. 2. Architectural: Removal of walls and doors to configure space into new classroom and toilet rooms. 3. Mechanical and Plumbing: Renovated area to receive new plumbing lines to accommodate new plumbing fixtures in new toilet rooms. HVAC system will be rooftop units. Existing units will be salvaged to Owner. New RTUS will be installed to handle the classrooms. 4. Electrical and Communications: Lighting controls to be upgraded.
