**As of May 23,2024, project was awarded to Gentry Brothers, awarded amount is $3,945,080.28.** The work consists of parkway, traffic signal, and street improvements along Baldwin Avenue from Huntington Drive to Longden Avenue. Parkway improvements include but are not limited to, tree removal and replacement, tree grates & frames, sidewalk replacement, driveway approach replacement, curb ramp installation, electrical conduit and pull box installation, irrigation installation, and storm drain relocation. Traffic signal improvements include, but are not limited to, cabinet installation, temporary traffic signal wiring, new signal pole installation, conduit and pull box installation, traffic loop installation, new signage, and new signal heads. Street improvements include but are not limited to, milling and grinding of asphalt, repaving with asphalt rubber hot mix (ARHM), gutter/spandrel replacement, curb & gutter replacement, and signing & striping.
