Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arcadia, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Asphalt Services at Holly Avenue Elementary School and Arcadia High School The General contractor is required to assure that all subcontractors meet all requirements and certifications of the specifications at the time of bid. All bids shall be made on bid forms furnished by the District. Each bid must conform and be responsive to contract documents. Certified Payroll will be required for this project. This job requires a C12 paving contractor's license : Per SB 854 Public Works Contractor Registration Program, as of March 1, 2015 contractors must be registered with DIR in order to bid on public works projects In Accordance with EC 17076.11, the District has a participation goal of 3 percent for DVBE for requirements. No bidder may withdraw the bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening bids. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities on any bid or bidding Question Deadline 03/19/2024
