Renovation of a mixed-use development in Arcadia, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It shall be mandatory upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the general prevailing rate per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of workman needed to execute the contract based on a working day of eight (8) hours. The rate for holiday and overtime work shall be at time and one half. Certified Payroll will be required for this project. This job requires a C39 roofing contractor's license : Per SB 854 Public Works Contractor Registration Program, as of March 1, 2015 contractors must be registered with DIR in order to bid on public works projects In Accordance with EC 17076.11, the District has a participation goal of 3 percent for DVBE for requirements. No bidder may withdraw the bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening bids. J The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities on any bid or bidding.
