Reference Number 0000343055 The work shall consist of removing the concrete pavement at the intersection of Fabyan Parkway and Western Avenue and reconstructing it with new HMA pavement and aggregate subgrade. The work will also include the replacement of all roadway drainage structures, concrete median and curb and gutter, ADA improvements, erosion and sediment control aspects, and multi-use path reconstruction along the south east leg of Fabyan Parkway to IL Route 31; along with various additional work necessary to complete the improvements.
