This is a Prevailing Wage Rate project and requires compliance with the Kane County Responsible Bidder Ordinance for public work. The Project consists of a complete professional installation and supply of flooring materials, including but not limited to carpets, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, epoxy, and tiles, along with specifications, pricing, and warranty information.
