Renovation of a transportation facility in Geneva, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Geneva Community Unit School District 304 is accepting sealed bids for MAU Replacement at Bus Garage. The scope of work mainly consists of replacing the make-up air unit at the Bus Garage. Bid security in the form of abid bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid shall be submitted with the bid. Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds and Certificate of Insurance will be required from the successful Bidder. Geneva Community Unit School District 304 reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures, and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Owner. The Engineer will transmit to prospective bidders of record any addenda the Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the pre-bid conference.
