This project is to Repair AC7 Duct Work for the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center. The contractor shall remove and replace all leaking and/or rusted components of AC7 supply and return duct work located in mechanical room GD-038, above the ceiling in mechanical room GD-039, and above the ceiling in mechanical room GD-041. The work on the supply duct must be conducted on a weekend in order to limit effects to patient care. Upon replacement of known leaking and/or rusted components to include the supply and return duct work of AC7, the contractor will then conduct thorough analysis of the newly installed system to ensure there are no remaining leaking or rusted components. Contractor shall review any as-built drawings, specifications, and field verifications in conjunction with the performance of this project. Contractor will submit field drawings and materials as required by the specifications for the project. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 657A4-24-106 Repair AC7 Duct Work, located at the John J. Pershing VAMC,1500 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-2, Best Value Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Those offerors not providing the documentation outlined in the "Proposal Submittal Instructions", will be deemed non-responsive to the terms of the solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and testing necessary to perform work as required by the attached images (see Statement of Work) and specifications for Project 657A4-24-106, Repair AC7 Duct Work. Small Business Size standard is $45.0 Million Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is between $25,000 - $100,000.
