657A4-24-305 - Install Urgent Care Elevator Two - Contractor will install a 3-stop hydraulic elevator within the existing vacant shaft in the Urgent Care lobby of the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Project 657A4-24-305, Install Urgent Care Elevator Two, at the John J. Pershing VAMC, 1500 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. Poplar Bluff VAMC is in need of construction services to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision required to successfully install a 3-stop hydraulic elevator within the existing vacant shaft in the Urgent Care lobby of the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors with a small business size standard of $22.0 million. This acquisition is a 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All Contractors and Joint Ventures must be certified in SBA Vetcert, and registered in SAM.gov at the time of proposal due date through the time of award to be eligible for award. Public Law (P.L. 105-339), Section 1354 provides that no agency may enter into a contract with a contractor who has not filed a VETS-4212 report for the preceding fiscal year under Title 38 Section 4212(d).
