The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Project 657A4-22-309 FCA-Replace Fire Main & Water Storage at the John J. Pershing VAMC,1500 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish equipment, testing, labor and materials to address the degraded campus wide fire main and potable water storage system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 236220, General Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. This acquisition is a 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All Contractors and Joint Ventures must be certified in SBA Vetcert, and registered in SAM.gov at the time of proposal due date through the time of award to be eligible for award.
