A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of the Owner in its best interest.
