The Contractor will provide ready mix concrete, on an as-needed basis. Concrete Ready-Mix shall be for pick-up by the County from contractor's plant or delivered by the Contractor. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any, and all bids, cancel this solicitation and waive any informalities or irregularities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution. Questions regarding the original solicitation must be submitted by February 28, 2024, at 5:00 pm eastern time to be considered for an addendum. All questions received by the Question deadline will be responded to within vendor registry and posted for all bidders. The system will not accept any questions after this date and time. The County reserves the right to waive this requirement at any time, for any reason. The Contractor agrees to provide the goods described in the Contract Documents (the "Work"), more particularly described in the Specifications included with the Invitation to Bid. The primary purpose of the Work is to provide Concrete Ready Mix. It will be the Contractor's responsibility, at its sole cost, to provide the specific goods set forth in the Contract Documents and sufficient goods to fulfill the purposes of the Work. Nothing in the Contract Documents limits the Contractor's responsibility to manage the details and execution of the Work.
