Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marion, Indiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to upgrade the restrooms in Building 185 1st Floor North. This work shall include demolition of walls, floors, and in-wall plumbing piping. This work also includes but is not limited to installing, re-installing, or replacing the bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures and nurse call devices in accordance with Mental Health Codes and Anti-Ligature Requirements. All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care System Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th. Street, Marion, IN 46953. This is not a solicitation. The solicitation is expected to be issued on SAM.gov on or about March 1, 2024. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
