Site work for a water / sewer project in Marion, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System-Marion Campus requires a contractor who will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to remove and replace storm and sanitary lines throughout the VA Campus in accordance with the plans and specifications provided. This work will include, but not be limited to: repairing/replacing roads, sidewalks, curbs, basins, storm sewer pipes, and water lines. It will also include excavation/backfilling, landscaping, pavement markings, and the installation of Lift Stations. The magnitude of construction for this project is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 457 calendar days Deadline for submission of RFIs for this solicitation is the close of business 1/13/2025. No questions will be answered after this date unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as deemed by the Contracting Officer. Telephone requests for information will not be accepted or returned. The purpose of this amendment is to CANCEL the site walk scheduled for January 8, 2025. Another amendment will be posted on a future date with the new site walk date/time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
