City of Logansport (Owner) Will Receive Sealed Bids for the Necessary Labor, Supervision and Equipment for the Installation of a Project Known as 69kv Transmission Pole Replacement (Phase-1). The Project Involves Replacing Approximately 45 Wooden Transmission Poles With New Steel Poles, and Replace 7 Wood Distribution Poles, Including the Transfer of Existing 69kv Conductors, 13.2kv Under build Conductors and Associated Distribution Facilities. All Materials Shall Be Furnished by the Owner. All Work Shall Be Completed by December 20, 2024. Completion After the Deadline Will Be Subject to a $200/day Penalty. Bids Shall Include a Completed Indiana State Form 96 Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Maximum Total Amount of the Bid. The Successful Bidder Shall Be Required to Furnish a Contractor's Bond for 100% of the Proposal Price and a Certificate of Insurance. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Minor Irregularities in Bidding and Bid Specifications The Owner Reserves the Right to Amend the Specifications and Modify the Construction Schedule as Necessary. The Bidder shall complete all questions set forth in this Bid Proposal, complete Form No. 96 and the Bid Bond and submit this bound Proposal for consideration
