Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Midland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This work shall consist of furnishing and applying reflectorized pavement markings with materials and equipment in accordance with Section 811 of the MDOT 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction and the applicable PAVE Standards, including but not limited to the following: PAVE-900-G PAVE-930-D PAVE-935-E PAVE-940-D PAVE-945-D PAVE-951-C PAVE-960-B PAVE-965-D Insurance o Title VI Certification: The Midland County Road Commission assures all its programs and activities will be free from discrimination, whether those programs and activities are federally funded or not. o A Certificate of Insurance will be supplied by the bidders for contractor work naming the Midland County Road Commission, its Commissioners and its employees as additionally insured. The Contractor is responsible for all layout work necessary for the location and placement of special pavement markings, including hatching, as directed by the Engineer. Work maps will be provided upon award. They shall be placed during the following periods: 1) July 1 to October 1, 2024. Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor No The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and any part of same, to waive irregularities in the bid procedure and to award, in the opinion of the Board, in the best interest of the Midland County Road Commission.
