Renovation of a water / sewer project in Ennis, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of April 5, 2024, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. Estimate: $60,000.00 This project will include the installation of a new flow monitoring device at the WWTP. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Ennis, Texas This project will include the installation of a new flow monitoring device at the WWTP. The project is to be fully complete within sixty (60) calendar days from the notice to proceed. Liquidated damages of $300.00 per day shall be assessed for any days in which contract time is exceeded. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Ennis reserves the right to reject any and all bids Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are on file at Schaumburg & Polk, Inc., 320 S Broadway Ave, Suite 200, Tyler, TX 75702, and at Ennis Public Works Facility, Ennis Public Works Facility, 500 Lake Bardwell Dr., Ennis, TX 75119.
