Renovation of an educational facility in Ennis, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope for this project will be to replace the Ennis ISD Boiler at the Ennis High School in the large boiler room, G109 and any and all criteria listed in the Bid Response Form. The District accepts no obligation for the costs incurred in responding to this RFP in anticipation of being awarded a contract. The District reserves the right to select proposals in this RFP without discussion of the responses with the proposers. The District reserves the right to reject any and all submitted proposals and also reserves the right to waive or dispense any formalities contained herein. Proposers are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined in this document. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. *Bid packages for this project are available to union contractors only.
