Renovation of an educational facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Trustees, Converse County School District No. 1 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Douglas Middle School HVAC Renovations. The work includes, but is not limited to; selective demolition HVAC equipment and associated Electrical demolition. The new work consists of new AHU in multiple mechanical rooms, new VAV boxes and hydronic piping, associated electrical and minimal new door replacement. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Question Deadline 03/21/2024 Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Britt Morgan at Plan One/Architects at bmorgan@planone.com, with a copy to Mitch Johnson at mitchjohnson@ccsd1.org and Andy Elston at AElston@edaengineering.com
