Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Ashland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
For furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment for Structure Bridge Replacement. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than November 1,2024 Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal, a Bid Guarantee and a Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 ofthe Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety and shall be to the credit ofthe Ashland County Commissioners. Ashland County may reject any or all ofthe bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against Ashland County.
