Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ashland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Ashland County Commissioners or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Ashland County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. The Ashland County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Ashland County Commissioners, 110 Cottage Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805 and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids Question Deadline 03/21/2024
