Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Weare, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
Municpal Building Asbestos Removal and Municpal Building Demolition 2024 Rejection and/or Cancellation of Bidss The Town reserves the right to reject or cancel any and all bids, or any part of any or all bids, if such action is deemed to be in its best interest to do so Performance Bond Prior to the execution of the contract, the contractor shall furnish either a Performance Bond, a letter of credit, or cash bond in the amount at least equal to 100% of the total contract price as security for the Town of Weare. If there are any questions, contact Conservation Commission at conservation@wearenh.gov. The period of performance shall be 120 days from award. The period of performance shall be 180 days from award.
