The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Re-shingle the entire roof with 50-year architectural shingles, including an ice/water barrier beneath the shingles. 2. Replace any roof boards beneath the shingles, only as necessary to maintain integrity of the existing roof. 3. Replace all facia and trim/soffit boards along the bottom edge of the roof line. 4. Replace a section of siding on the Northeast (rear) corner of the building approximately 7 feet wide. 5. Replace a section of siding near the Southeast (rear) corner of the building approximately 17 feet wide. 6. Add drip edging all around the building. The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation of proposals. The Town of Weare, NH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received. 7.
