Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Federal Heights, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Work includes following activities 1. Shoring of water Ride at each column to be removed and replaced. 2. Removal and replacement of column exposed and or wrapped, full length to foundation pier. 3. Supplemental steel as required. 4. Waterproofing the tops of all the columns. Contractor agrees to perform Warp Speed Column Repairs in accordance with the Contract Documents defined in Part 2, below (Project). Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services necessary to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner construction of the Project in strict compliance with the Contract Documents defined in Part 2, below, and the Contract Time stated in Part 4, below (Work). Reference Number 0000343200 Job Location: 8801 N. Pecos St. Federal Heights, CO 80260 Repair concrete support columns on the Warp Speed Ride according to ICE, LLC plans and specs. The project completion date is May 18, 2024. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - 100% Performance and 100% Payment bonds will be required included in the bid for bids over $50,000.00. The Contractor shall pay the Owner the sum of $500.00 for each calendar day the completion construction date, listed in Par. D below, is exceeded. Liquidated damages shall continue to accrue until Substantial Completion is achieved.
