Reference Number 0000366039 Job Location: 8801 N. Pecos St. Federal Heights, CO 80260 Maintenance and upgrade to existing fire supression system to convert from antifreeze to dry system. See attachded Specs and Description and drawings. Water World's Voyage to the Center of the Earth Sprinkler System Upgrade Water World is seeking bids from qualified contractors for sprinkler system modifications inside of the Voyage to the Center of the Earth Buildings A, B, and C. Buildings contain sprinkler system anti-freeze, which will be converted to a Dry Pipe Fire sprinkler system. This requires flushing the old system, upsizing of the "mainline" piping, installing new sprinklers, drips, drain valves, and the addition of an air compressor and FDC line. All work must comply with all applicable local and state codes including minimum NFPA Standards and according to Veritas Drawings dated 5/28/2024.
