Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District is seeking qualified contractors to provide unit prices for various Golf Course renovation projects to be completed at the Greg Mastriona Golf Course, throughout 2025. Golf Course is located at 9650 Sheridan Blvd., Westminster, C0 80031. Descriptions of individual projects will be provided as they become available throughout the year. Qualified contractors must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in various aspects of golf course construction including but not limited to the following: grading/ drainage/ irrigation/ sod prep/ USGA greens construction and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Flexibility, creativity and making Hyland Hills a high priority are required and will be considered when choosing a contractor.
