One company will be awarded the trash service contract for the entire District. See accompanying spread sheet for service locations and frequency. Hyland Hills is tax exempt. A tax-exempt certificate will be issued to the awarded company. Contract will be awarded on the basis of price, responsiveness and reliability as well as any other relevant factors. Contract term will be one calendar year with the option of renewal. Service under the contract will begin on January 1st, 2025.
