Reference Number 0000370030 Job Location: District Wide Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District is seeking bids from qualified contractors for unit prices for concrete removal and replacement at various location throughout the District for 2025. Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District is seeking qualified contractors to provide unit prices for concrete R & R at various District facilities and on various projects for 2025. The District boundaries where work will take place are approximately 52nd Ave on the south, 120th Ave on the north, Huron St on the east and Sheridan Blvd on the west. This contract, at the sole discretion of the District, may be extended through 2026. Work may include R & R of sidewalks, pans, curb and gutter, floors, patios, etc., preparation of subgrade including saw cutting, excavation, placement and compaction of structural fill, fine grading and dowel installation. New construction may also be included. Provide separate line items for the supply and delivery of concrete and structural fill. Concrete is to be 4,000 psi Exterior Mix, 3" to 5" slump, 4.5% to 7.5% air, #57/67 NW Aggregate, equal to the SRM A4557 mix.
