Reference Number 0000391777 Installation and erection of a PEMB Parking Structure at the Hyland Hills Parks Maintenance Facility. PEMB will be Owner supplied. Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District is seeking bids for the construction of an Owner supplied 125' x 40' PEMB. Owner has pre purchased the PEMB from General Steel Corporation. PEMB has been delivered to the site. Work under this contract will include the following Permitting from AHJ. Survey and layout as needed. Excavation and backfill for foundation. Backfill will be tested for compaction under Owner scope. Installation of concrete foundation according to Infrastructure Consultants Engineers, LLC Project # 25.03 dated April 5th, 2025 drawings. Erection of PEMB according to General Steel Corporation manufacturer specs and design Job number 19-B-81175. Question Deadline 07/28/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Questions will be answered electronically thru online. Submit questions to mhamlin@hylandhills.gov Work may begin as soon as contract is awarded 60 calendar days will be allowed for completion. Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for bids over $50,000.00. If required, include bond costs in bid amount.
