The information presented on Fig. 1 is for reference only. Contractor shall conduct measurements at the site for labor and quantities for bid purposes. The pavement should be repaired by removal and replacement of structurally distressed areas subsequent to milling. The exposed subgrade should be stabilized by over-excavation and replacement by fill. The subgrade should be patched by placing asphalt in parking area and in drive lanes in compacted condition in the removed sections of the asphalt. The entire lot should be milled to a depth of at least 2 inches, and as needed adjacent to concrete gutters and overlaid with at least 2-inch-thick Grading SX asphalt. B. The parking lot and drives are used by Hyland Hills and public during the season and the work should be performed with minimum disturbance. Contractor shall submit work plan to the Owner for approval. Work shall not commence prior to the approval of the plan by the Owner. Contractor shall be solely responsible for the health and safety of public facilities as a result of the construction activities, regardless of the approval. Any damage to the facilities should be repaired to the satisfaction of the Owner at the sole cost of the Contractor.
