Pecos St. Federal Heights, CO 80260 Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District, owner and operator of Water World is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Water World Main Entry Renovation Project. Work will include demolition, concrete hardscape R & R, landscaping, grading, drainage improvements, utility improvements, Poligon Shelter installation, Ticket Building construction and other associated work. Question Deadline 07/17/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Questions should be directed to sheger@hylandhills.org Contract will be awarded on August 6th, 2024. Work may begin as soon as September 3rd, 2024. Work must be completed by May 1st, 2025 with the exception of final landscaping which must be completed by May 16th, 2025. Liquidated damages of $500.00 per day will be assessed if work is completed on time.
