construction of the Roadway Improvements project, which include plans to overlay and chip seal several streets in Rockaway Beach, Taney County, Missouri. Bidder shall furnish an affidavit and documentation affirming their company is enrolled in and participates in E-verify and an affidavit stating the business does not knowingly employ illegal aliens. The successful Bidder shall comply with certain insurance requirements as specified in the bid documents. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. Project Description: This project will consist of a base bid. The base bid consists of asphalt overlay, chip seal coat, driveway transitions, stormwater improvements, and utility adjustments on various roads in Rockaway Beach, Missouri.
