Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of approximately 6,200 feet of water pipe (4-12 in diameter), 2,100 feet of sanitary sewer pipe (6-10 in diameter), and 600 feet of storm pipe (12 in diameter); repaving and restriping of approximately 3 lane-miles of roadway; and upgrade to existing curb ramps to meet ADA standards. Work includes, but not limited to, installation of piping, fire hydrants, water meters, manholes, catch basins, side sewers, sidewalks, curb ramps, paving, and other work necessary to complete the project. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashiers check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Engineers Estimate for this work is $8,000,000 to $10,200,000.
