Lake Washington School District High School Additions -BP 23A -Mechanical Demolition Skanska plans to obtain a Retention Bond for the project. Subcontractors will have the option of participating in the Skanska a retention bond in lieu of having retention held. Question Deadline 07/11/2025 at 12:00 PM PT All questions and answers will be published via addenda during the bid period. Questions must be received DO NOT present questions directly to the Architect/Engineer or the School District. Questions that develop during the bid period must be submitted in writing and or emailed to Skanska USA Building, Inc. to Josiah.mooi@skanska.com Those who do not participate will be held to the standard 5% retention. Skanska USA Building, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any non-material informalities or irregularities in the bids received. A bidder may withdraw its proposal by submitting a written request before the bid opening time.
