Reference Number 0000343043 With the issuance of this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), the National Western Center Authority (the "Authority") is soliciting a developer to enter into Exclusive Negotiations of a ground sublease and other agreements to develop a parking garage and other complementary uses ("Developer") on approximately four fifths (4/5ths) of an acre of land located north of the Central Utility Plant ("CUP") (the "Site") at the new 250-acre multi-purpose National Western Center Campus (the "NWC Campus"). The design and construction of the CUP N Parking Garage, together with additional development opportunities on the Site to further the activation of the NWC Campus, and any related work on the Site, comprise the CUP N Parking Garage Project (the "Project").
