Renovation of an educational facility in Box Elder, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Commencement of Contract: On or near March 25, 2024, Commencement of Construction: On or near May 28, 2024 Certificate of Substantial Completion: July 19, 2024, Final Completion: July 26, 2024 Technical questions shall be directed to CO-OP Architecture, LLC, Rapid City, South Dakota at 605-716-3652 (jared@co-oparch.com). Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier s check or draft certified or issued by a state or national bank, in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Douglas School District; or in lieu thereof, bidder may furnish a bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid This project manual provides for liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per calendar day for the contractors delay in completion of the work. The School Board of Douglas reserves the right to reject any part of, or all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
