Arnold Park Designed for ages 5-12 The site is located at 350 Arnold Ave., Rifle, CO 81650. Playground footprint is Approximately 1,600sf. Timeline for completion in late Summer 2024. City of Rifle staff will remove existing playground equipment and safety surfacing. Selected contactor will be responsible for excavation, grading, installation of all equipment and surfacing (including subsurface drainage if required) per manufacture specifications and accordance with all national playground safety guidelines. Staff would prefer to keep the footprint of the existing playground the same, however is willing to consider all options.

The City of Rifle will require the services of a professional playground firm for the design and installation of a playground at Arnold and Moki Parks. The goal of this RFP is to contract with a qualified firm who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. Applicant will submit a total fee proposal for performing the entire project as a lump sum. Please subdivide the work based on the scope of service below. Reimbursable expenses and hourly rates that occur outside of the described work can be submitted on a separate page in the proposal package.
