Scope: The project includes an addition and renovation of Martindale Hall. Selective demolition work in the existing building includes partitions, existing roofing, ceilings, concrete slabs on grade, doors, frames, and hardware, flooring, resilient base, elevator, exterior paving, exterior ramp, and related mechanical/electrical/plumbing work.
Renovation of Martindale Hall includes new partitions, modified bitumen roofing, ceilings, doors, frames, and hardware, flooring, resilient base, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, and related mechanical/electrical/plumbing work. The addition to Martindale Hall includes aggregate piers, reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls, concrete slabs on grade, exterior masonry bearing walls, structural steel frame, elevated composite concrete slabs, metal roof decking, brick veneer, limestone veneer, aluminum windows, aluminum storefront, aluminum curtain wall, modified bitumen roofing, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, acoustical ceiling tile, doors, frames, and hardware, carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, resilient base, marker boards, projection screens, plastic laminate clad cabinetry with solid surface tops, and related mechanical/electrical/plumbing work.
