Renovation of a municipal facility in Middleburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Plans call for the construction of a new 26,494 square foot animal services shelter & care facility. The building will be a one-story facility constructed of load bearing concrete masonry unit (CMU), precast hollow core planks, structural steel framing, and cold formed wall framing. The roof is a lowslope membrane roof over insulation, metal decking and steel bar joist. Kennels will have deep perforated insulated metal decking.
