Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting bids from licensed General Contractors for the construction of the Clay County Animal Services Shelter and Care Facility located at 20 Sleepy Hollow Road, Middleburg, FL 32068 per the plans and specifications associated with this Request for Bid (RFB). The building will be a one-story facility constructed of load bearing concrete masonry unit (CMU), precast hollow core planks, structural steel framing, and cold formed wall framing at the second floor. The roof is a low-slope membrane roof over insulation, metal decking and steel bar joist. Kennels will have deep perforated insulated metal decking.
