Estimated Cost: 300K The Town of Mansfield invites sealed bids from interested contractors for "RFB# DPW25-860091 Supply and Delivery of Redi-Mix Concrete and Flowable Fill FY 25" with optional year in Mansfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with the specifications and documents. The Project consists of: Supply and delivery of various Redi-Mix Concrete and Flowable fill products throughout the year as needed by the various departments within the Town of Mansfield. Anticipated duration of this contract is FY 25 with the option of one (1) year extension option. Option renewal is at the sole discretion of the Town of Mansfield. Bids MUST BE SEALED and should be clearly marked with bid number RFB# DPW25- 860091 Supply and Delivery of Redi-Mix Concrete and Flowable Fill FY 25 clearly marked on the outside. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Wage rates as determined by the Mass. Commissioners of the Department of Labor and Industries apply to this project as it pertains to work covered by MGL 30-39M. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is no less than five (5%) percent of the proposal amount made payable to The Town of Mansfield. Bid deposits shall be a certified check, bid bond, treasurer's check or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. A Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance will be required. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 149 Section 44A through 44J as most recently amended, and other applicable laws. The Town of Mansfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or portion thereof deemed by them to be in the best interest of the Town. Bidders are reminded that the Town Officials other than those listed above neither individually nor collectively are to be contacted, nor will they discuss any bids prior to the scheduled opening.
