This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P3024Q0028. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. Your firm is requested to provide a quote for the requirement noted in the attached Statement of Work. The National Park Service (NPS) anticipates selecting a single firm, for purchase order award, based upon the evaluation criteria noted below. RFQ # 140P3024Q0028 1. The National Park Service (NPS), Wolf Trap National Park (WOTR) for the Performing Arts needs to replace existing NEMA 3R Electrical Cabinets and the internal electrical components within them in accordance with the attachment statement of work (SOW) and terms and conditions. 2. General Description of Work: The purpose of this scope is to replace existing NEMA 3R Electrical Cabinets and the internal electrical components within them. 3. Location of Work: Filene Center Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts 1551 Trap Road Vienna, Virginia 22182 -1643 4. DOL 4. Wage Determinations: 2015-4281 (Rev. 28) dated Dec 25, 2023 is applicable. 5. Quotes are Due: February 29, 2024, no later than (NLT) 9:00AM ET. o One (1) electronic copy shall be emailed to john_snyder@nps.gov and kaylee_varner@nps.gov. o The submitted quote will provide a cost breakdown, as well as a total lump sum. o The Quote must be valid for a minimum of 90 days. o All (if any) RFQ Amendments must be acknowledged. o Late proposals will not be accepted. o This a total small business set aside under NAICS code 238210 o All interested parties shall be registered in the System for Award Management or SAM at time of offer is submitted.
