400 Hz Gate Power Boxes for SEA Passenger Loading Bridges BACKGROUND: The Port of Seattle is soliciting Bids for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport PLB 400 HZ Gate Power Boxes. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA), responsive, responsible Bidder in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Final Questions Due to Vendor Connect February 28, 2024, 10:00 A.M. PT. Issue Addenda to Questions March 11, 2024. The Port reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids in their entirety or in part and to waive informalities and minor irregularities and to contract as the best interest of the Port may require. During the evaluation process, if the Port determines that a requirement(s) may be modified or waived and still allow the Port to obtain Services that substantially meet the requirements of the Agreement resulting from this Solicitation, then the requirement(s) will be modified or waived for all Bidders and all Bids will be re-evaluated in light of the change.
